A Step-by-Step Plan to Successfully Quit Smoking

Our class can help you quit all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices. We can help you develop a personalized plan of action to prepare you for your quit day and offer the support you need to remain tobacco free for life!

This in-person class includes eight 90-120 minute sessions over seven weeks and features a step-by-step plan for success. Each session is designed to help individuals quit nicotine use and gain control over their addiction. The class format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting all forms of tobacco.

This class meets weekly. The time and place are discussed and agreed upon by the facilitator and the participant. The fourth class is your quit day, and we meet about two days later during the fifth class to discuss how quitting is going and offer support.
