*Pfizer Vaccine for Ages 5-17
Due to minor status of those age 17 our younger, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and
in some cases require, that a parent/guardian accompany the minor to the
vaccination. If you are unable to accompany your minor to this appointment,
please contact your clinic to discuss options. To review Pfizer’s
Emergency Use Authorization, go to:

To find another location where you and your family can receive the vaccination, including outside our community, visit Vaccines.gov. You may need to schedule an appointment, but many locations accept walk-in visitors.
