Roberto Ledesma, Esq - Middleton

Attorney Roberto Ledesma generously shares his background, knowledge and expertise with the board of directors.

Roberto serves on the Foundation Board Communications Committee.

Roberto was born and raised in Crystal City, Texas until he moved to Milwaukee when his father was recruited to work for the Schlitz Brewery. Roberto graduated from Riverside High School and then attended Marquette University. He graduated in 1993 with a B.A. in sociology and in 1997 with his Juris Doctor.

He started his own law firm shortly after graduation, which has grown to have Milwaukee and Madison offices. His bilingual language skills and cultural competence allow him to assist Spanish speaking clients. He accepted court appointed cases for many years to assist clients who did not have financial means to hire an attorney. His focus on family, real estate and construction law has helped him assist clients around Wisconsin. Roberto's entrepreneurial spirit has helped him put his passions and skills together in advising clients. He especially enjoys the variety of his law practice and growing his businesses, as well as assisting new lawyers and entrepreneurs with career advice.

Community service has been an important part of Roberto's life. He has volunteered for Landlord/Tenant Law Training, First Time Home Buyer Programs, Boy Scouts of America, St. Bernard's Church and coaching his sons' basketball teams.

Roberto married Wendy in 2006 and they have 5 children; Robert , Karina, Alejandro, Andres and Gabriel. Roberto and Wendy moved to Middleton in 2010 and are active with the PTO, St. Bernard's Church, soccer and basketball leagues and the Boy Scouts of America. Wendy Ledesma, MD, is currently an Internal Medicine Hospitalist and the Chief Medical Quality and Patient Safety Officer at Sauk Prairie Healthcare.
