As a farmer, banker and active community board member, Tommy brings a tremendous wealth and variety of experience to the board.
Tommy serves on the Foundation Board Finance Committee, as well as the Gifts and Grants Committee.
Tommy Brennan graduated from high school in Dodgeville where his parents moved when he was a boy. He began college at UW-Platteville and transferred to Whitewater where he earned his B.A.. He has been in the banking industry for 33 years.
Tommy met his wife Erin when he was working his first job. His boyhood best friend was his college roommate and a law student. Tommy came home late on a Friday after a long week at work to a wild party of 20 law students – one of whom was Erin. They moved to Sauk Prairie in 1994 and consider it home. Erin and Tommy have four grown children: Abby, Betsy, Dan and Katie.
Tommy farms west of Sauk Prairie, producing corn, soy beans, hay and wheat and raising 40 head of beef. He is active in the community. In addition to serving on the Foundation board, he leads the finance council of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain, is an active member of the Sauk Prairie FFA Alumni, serves as treasurer of the Sauk Prairie Sports Boosters and had been a member of Sauk Prairie Kiwanis for more than 10 years.
