A Triathlon for Every Body
Are you looking for a way to stay active this summer? Register for Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation’s TRYathlon!
The TRYathlon is a do-it-yourself fitness challenge that runs from July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024. Track your progress as you bike, swim, and run or walk at your own pace over three months to complete a triathlon. Choose either an Olympic or Ironman distance:
Olympic Distances
- Olympic Swim – 1.5 km (0.93 miles)
- Olympic Bike – 40 km (24.8 miles)
- Olympic Run – 10 km (6.2 miles)
Ironman Distances
- Ironman Swim – 3.9 km (2.4 miles)
- Ironman Bike – 180.2 km (112 miles)
- Ironman Run – 40.2 km (26.2 miles)
Exercise and Enjoy Prizes Along the Way
- Register before August 1, 2024 to receive a free TRYathlon t-shirt
- Enter a raffle drawing when you complete each leg
- Bonus: Enter an additional raffle drawing when you complete all three legs
- Bonus: Complete all three legs and receive a TRYathlon completion medal
