Sauk Prairie Healthcare Opens Clinic in Mazomanie

Sauk Prairie Healthcare recently opened the doors to its new clinic in Mazomanie.

​​Janelle Hupp, MD and Agnes Kanikula, PA-C moved their practice to Wisconsin Heights Clinic on December 8, which features safe and easy access off Highway 14 as well as convenient parking. The warm and comfortable environment also includes improved soundproofing in exam rooms and privacy at registration.

The new clinic is located in the Ironhorse Center building at the corner of Highway 14 and Crocker Street in Mazomanie. The hours remain the same - Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The phone number is changed to 608-795-4110.

Having had a clinic previously in Black Earth, Sauk Prairie Healthcare has served the Wisconsin Heights area since 1984. Most commercial insurance plans and HMOs are accepted, including: Unity, Dean Care, The Alliance, Physicians Plus, GHC-SCW, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
