The first step is to consult with your health insurance carrier to check if there is hearing aid coverage. Wisconsin Infant & Children’s Statewide Hearing Aid Exchange Service
This program provides hearing instruments for a 6 month loan period to
newly identified children who are deaf and/or hard of hearing children
(up to 18 years) who are not Medicaid eligible or do not have other hearing
aid insurance coverage.
