For individuals who are limited in their ability to obtain nutritional meals, Sauk Prairie Healthcare offers Mobile Meals. Our Nutrition Services staff prepare the meals which follow the diet restrictions set by your physician or registered dietitian. Meals include an entrée, hot side dish, cold side dish, dessert or fruit, and soup. Our volunteers deliver the mid-day meals Monday through Friday within the Sauk City and Prairie du Sac village limits. The meal cost is reasonable and county assistance is available for qualified individuals.
